Eberhardjes.nl refrains from collecting any names or data leading to the identity of it’s visitors, unless they are left voluntarily.

Forms
When filling out a form or contacting us through our website, you are asked to fill out your name and email address so that we can respond to your request. When requesting to stay up to date with regard to our project, we ask you for your email address so that a newsletter can be send to you. However, once you decide to no longer receive the newsletter and inform us thereof, please note that all your data will be deleted from our files and mailinglist.

Introduction Eberhardjes.nl

Eberhardjes.nl was created at the same time Eberhardjes cookies (the cookies of Amsterdam) went on sale on May 2nd, 2018. Founder of Eberhardjes, Résalieke Vlieger,along with fellow board members Ineke Kuiper and Marc Burggraaf of gunfactor10.nl (from here on known as Team Eberhardjes) take on full responsibility and ownership of this site and its content, as well as your personal contact details.

Team Eberhardjes is committed to protecting your personal data and informing you of your rights in relation to that data.

Your personal data and its processing

We only process data for specified purposes and if it is justified in accordance with the data protection law. Details of each processing purpose and it’s legal basis is given below. Unless specific time periods are given in this Privacy Statement, your data will be kept for as long as the info is needed. This refers to the points listed below.

When the email address you provided when contacting us for questions/concerns, customer management, and financial administration.

Also, when placing an order through our website, your data will be forwarded to Holtkamp Horeca Patisserie & Croquetten (from now on referred to as: Holtkamp Horeca), so that they may process your order.

When contacting us through customer care with questions or concerns, or when you are requesting more info regarding an order, again, your data will kept and if necessary forwarded and shared with Holtkamp Horeca so that we may answer your question to the best of our ability.

This also applies to when you ask us to keep you posted on Eberhardjes cookies or when you opt to receive our newsletter in your email box. Please note that you can cancel at any time, by requesting to delete your account from our mailing list.

When leaving your personal contact details on one of our forms for example when donating to the Foundation, for questions or concerns with regard to Eberhardjes.nl, we will use your contact details to keep you informed or answer your questions.
