About the foundation

‘Please take good care of our city, and of each other’ is what Eberhard van der Laan wrote in his letter to the Amsterdam people, announcing his departure. It’s the core message that represents and signifies the Eberhardjes cookies.

The Amsterdam bakery Holtkamp Horeca Patisserie en Croquetten bakes the Eberhardjes and delivers them to many museums and other locations in Amsterdam, making them widely available to the people of Amsterdam. And that’s not all! For every kilo of cookies sold, Holtkamp Horeca donates € 2,50 to the foundation.

Did all this talk about our cookies make you hungry,
but you still have some questions,
feel free to ask them here.
